Bookings will not be refunded after payment, only unless class is cancelled by Sydney Trapeze School Pty Ltd directly. Any cancellations by clients are non- refundable. Any rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice before the booked class, otherwise the client will lose his/her payment and no refund is offered.

The name can not be changed on the certificate and is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and no extentions will be offered after the expiry date.

Clothing may be exchanged by returning them in new condition with tags and receipts within 3 weeks of the original purchase date.

All information submitted as testimonials, and all photographs or videos submitted to Sydney Trapeze School may be made publically accessible on our website and in any other of our media content, they may also be shared with the press or other media.

Whilst attending a class or any other activity at Sydney Trapeze School Pty Ltd, you may be photographed or filmed by the media at any time.
