Class Types
 
  • Flying Trapeze Classes (all levels 2 hrs)
    This class caters for all levels; beginners to intermediate. Starts with an introduction and full body warm-up, followed by a practice turn on a low stationary trapeze bar. Students are then attached to their safety harness ready to climb up and swing off our 8 metre high platform. All students will have an opportunity to practice ‘Flying Tricks’ throughout the class. Classes end with the students being caught by a 'catcher' mid air. Classes run Tuesday to Sunday. Minimum 4 students per class. No weight restrictions. Minimum age 4 years, but recommended age 11 years and above.


  • Intensive Performance Classes ‘IPC’ (2 hours)
    This class is for advance and intermediate level flying trapeze students only.  Classes operate once a week for 10 consecutive weeks (following the NSW school term timetable) and finishes with a Grand Finale Performance by the students. Catered for the more serious flyers who really want to show off their skills to family or friends. Recommended age 16 years and above.


  • Kids Term Circus Classes (1.5 hours)
    Kids can join this once a week 10 week program or just do a ‘One–Off Class’. Kids will learn most aspects of circus arts, from acrobatics, juggling, plate spinning, aerial arts and Flying Trapeze. Scheduled classes follow the NSW school term. Recommended age 4-11 years.


  • Super Kids Workshop (2 hours)
    Operates during school holidays and runs for 5 consecutive days (2 hour classes). Kids learn how to perform tricks on the flying trapeze as well as some aerial, circus and juggling skills. Workshop concludes with a Grand Finale Performance for family and friends. Recommended age 4-11 years.


  • Street Circus Classes (1 hour)
    Learn to juggle, ride a Unicycle, stilt walk and perform tricks like a street performer! The scheduled classes follow the NSW school term. Classes operate once a week for 10 consecutive weeks.


  • Aerial Arts Classes – Static Trapeze, Silks/Tissue, Lyra Classes (1 hour)
    Using strength, grace and flexibility, you climb the static apparatus and move your body into amazing beautiful poses and shapes. Drops and slides are an exciting and fun part of learning these circus apparatus.

    Types of Aerial Arts taught are:

    Silks/Tissue (two long pieces of soft fabric that hang from a single point).

    Static Trapeze (an aerial apparatus consisting of a bar hung from ropes, unlike the flying trapeze, this one hangs stationary).

    Lyra (a metal circular hoop that is suspended from a single point).

    Classes operate once a week for 10 consecutive weeks.


  • Trapeze Conditioning (1 hour)
    A full body workout class that targets the core muscles to help you get into those difficult poses and shapes for your aerial classes and flying trapeze. No booking required just drop in.


  • One-on-One Classes (1 hour)
    If you prefer one on one instruction with our instructors this can be arranged for any Aerial Arts or Jumping Stilts classes. Scheduled via phone booking only to find your suitable instructor.
